When the Lexus LC was unveiled as a production model last year, many automotive enthusiasts were pleasantly surprised that the vehicle retained so many of the characteristics it had when it was a concept car. The Lexus brand’s integrated marketing campaign will use stories about the luxury performance coupe to promote the arrival of the all-new Lexus LC, an automobile described as anything but boring by Lexus Master Driver, Akio Toyoda.
“The [Lexus] LC launch marks a significant moment for [the] Lexus [brand] as we continue to showcase our new brand direction of ‘Experience Amazing,” said Cooper Ericksen, Lexus vice president of marketing. “This campaign puts a focus on the…[coupe’s] craftsmanship and performance through compelling storytelling to reach our target audience of experiential masters—affluent, adventurous consumers with high expectations.”
The Lexus brand will use commercials to promote the all-new Lexus LC on channels that include BET, TVOne, CNN, Food Network, NBC, FOX Sports, and the Travel Channel, among others. The spots will air during prime time, late night, and sports programming. The automaker will also employ print advertisements, digital banners on select websites, radio ads, and social media to promote its new era of performance and design as well.
The 2018 Lexus LC will also make appearances at events throughout the country as part of the Lexus brand’s fully integrated marketing campaign.
